Lookout Software, LLC., a developer of Microsoft Outlook calendar sharing application for users without Exchange Server, OfficeCalendar; and a new AJAX time tracking solution for SME’s, Office Timesheets; announced today that it has acquired RSSCalendar, an innovative online event and calendaring syndication solution. The acquisition is intended to strengthen the company’s product portfolio by leveraging its knowledge of business-to-business group and shared calendaring, and Microsoft Outlook add-in development expertise.

I always liked RSScalendar because it added functionality to a RSS feed and made it more then just a one way communication channel. You could actually do something in your RSS feed (eg respond, add to calendar etc). I hope Lookout Software takes it to the next level. John: congratulations.
